Who we are
This website is run by Find & Get Group (“Find & Get”, “we”, “us”), a retailer in Tanzania. If you have a question about this policy or about your personal information, email us at findandgetbabystore@gmail.com.
Information you give us when you order
When you check out, we ask for:
- your full name
- your phone (WhatsApp) number
- the Find & Get store you want to order from
- your delivery address or area
- your email address (optional)
- order notes, such as landmarks or delivery instructions (optional)
We also record what you ordered: the products, quantities, prices and order total. This is saved as an order, with an order number, in our order system.
How your order reaches the store
When you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message to the store you chose. The message includes your order number, the items and subtotal, your name, phone number and delivery address, your email and notes if you gave them, and a link to view the order. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press send. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Our team may also receive an email notification with the same order details, so the store can follow up on your order even if the WhatsApp message isn’t sent.
How we use your information
- to prepare your order and deliver it or have it ready to collect
- to contact you about your order, for example to confirm payment and delivery
- if you use Track an order, to email you a link to view your order
Payments
We don’t collect card details on this website. Online card payments aren’t switched on, and checkout doesn’t ask for any card or payment details. The store confirms payment details with you on WhatsApp.
Accounts
You don’t need an account to order. If you create one, we store your email address, your password (in hashed form, not as plain text), your name if you add it, and any addresses you save — which can include a name, phone number, company, street address, city, region, postal code and country. When you log in, a cookie keeps you signed in.
Your cart
Your cart is kept on our server, and a reference to it is stored in your browser’s local storage so your cart is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that reference.
Analytics and advertising
To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, our storefront pages load:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
- Vercel Web Analytics
These tools record the pages you visit, and our site sends them some shopping activity: viewing a product, adding to cart, starting checkout and placing an order — including the order number, product names and IDs, quantities, prices and order value. Our site code does not send them the name, phone number, address, email or notes you enter at checkout.
These providers may use cookies or similar technologies and collect information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you view, under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can check out without an account and leave the email and notes fields blank. You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and use browser settings or extensions to block analytics and advertising tags.
